FireStorm Building Products take a practical approach to wildfire protection. The focus is on making wildfire products that meet real code requirements and can be used with confidence in fire-prone areas. The ember-resistant vents are made to meet the IWUIC (International Wildland-Urban Interface Code), which applies to homes in higher-risk wildfire zones. Plus, EmberMesh™ can be applied to exposed openings where embers may enter, such as deck skirting and perimeter fencing. Vulcan Vents®

These industry-leading vents are tested to ASTM E2886 to help block ember entry and to ASTM E119 to show their performance under sustained heat.
